Three setting options for object snaps are available in the Options dialog box, AM:Preferences tab:
You can the system settings or the user settings. If you suppress object snaps, the program does not use system settings or user settings.
In addition to the snap modes selected in the Power Snap Settings dialog box, the system setting enables the snap modes assigned to AutoCAD commands. When you use these commands, the snap modes assigned to them activate automatically.
This setting enables the snap modes selected in the Power Snap Settings dialog box and disables the snap modes assigned to AutoCAD commands.
