Use the Material dialog box to select a material for the shaft you are performing a shaft calculation for.
This dialog box is typically used to select standard parts or features from the content library. As such, many of the buttons and lists in this dialog box are empty.

Search Provides the ability to search for content by keyword. Because the Content panel is empty, search does not find anything beyond the names of the standards. Note: Because the Content panel is empty, search does not find anything beyond the names of the standards.

Displays the Search Options dialog box, enabling you to specify how the search is performed. |

Details panel Displays the names of the materials databases in the system. Each database is named after the standards organization that compiled the library. |

Address Bar Displays the path to the current selection in the Content panel as a series of links separated by arrows. You can change the current selection by selecting a new path from the menu that is displayed when you click an arrow within the address bar. |
