The hole label is generated dynamically with a formula. The default formula for hole labels ensures that hole are relabeled whenever holes are added, deleted, or moved. In some cases, this behavior is not desirable. In the DIN, ISO, GB, and CSN standards, you can prevent holes from being relabeled by activating the User Item Order, a sort option under Sorting Styles.
