AMREVLINE (Command)

Adds a revision line to a revisions list.

Summary

Use this command to add a revision line to the revision list manually. If no revisions list exists, it creates a revision list and prompts you to place it in the drawing area.

If you insert at least one drawing border/title block, select the drawing border whose objects are included. Otherwise the Edit Revision Attributes dialog box appears immediately. You can change or add entries for the number, the date, the revision description, the name, and the DWG name.

List of Prompts

The following prompts are displayed.

Select drawing border/titleblock.

Specifies the drawing border to add the revision line to. This prompt is displayed only if a drawing border exists in the drawing area.

Insertion Point

Specifies a location for the revision line. This prompt is displayed only if the command cannot automatically determine where to place the revision line.
