Toggles the visibility of the layer assigned to title blocks and drawing borders (AM_BOR, by default)).
The default layer for title blocks and drawing borders is AM_BOR. To find out what layers are reserved for title blocks and drawing borders in the current drawing, inspect the Object Property Settings dialog box.
