DIALux

• By default, DIALux is installed for all languages.

Content Packs

• For stand-alone installation, all content packs are installed by default. The installer does not have the option to choose the content packs for installation. There is also no option to remove the installed content packs from the Add/Remove Programs feature. Shortcuts for all content pack profiles are created in the Windows Start Menu by default.

Side by Side Installation with Older Versions of AutoCAD MEP

• Uninstallation of older versions of AutoCAD MEP (2022, 2023, or 2024) after AutoCAD MEP 2025 is installed might cause an issue with the Content Browser and Keynote Editor. If you don't want to keep the older versions in the same machine, uninstall them first before installing AutoCAD MEP 2025.

Activity Insights

• AutoCAD MEP 2025 toolset currently only displays activities created on local drawings in the Activity Insights palette. Activities are not logged in the palette for drawings opened from Autodesk Docs. To view activities for Docs drawings, you can either keep the Activity Insights palette open or open and close it.
