Customizing the Media Export Preset for ShotGrid Review

It is possible to customize the Media Export preset for ShotGrid review, for both ShotGrid Desktop and the ShotGrid plugin. By default, the preset "Submit for review.xml" is used. This preset is located at:

/opt/Autodesk/presets/<version>/export/presets/flame/movie_file/

The preset produces the following media files based on the version of the application you're using:

Flame Trial Version

Flame Family Commercial Version

If you want to change the format of the exported content for ShotGrid review, you can create a new export preset, name it "Submit for review.xml" and place it in:

/opt/Autodesk/presets/<version>/export/presets/flame/movie_file/

Make sure the preset is set to read/write access for all users and groups, to avoid media encoding issues.
