DKU (Linux-only)

AJA drivers updates, AJA Kona firmware updates, web server no longer set to start automatically.

DKU 17.1 contains the following improvements:

• AJA drivers are updated to version 16.2.
• The web server (httpd service) is no longer started by the DKU.
• If the web server (httpd service) is already running, the DKU no longer modifies it.

AJA Cards Firmware Updates

Once the DKU is installed, you have access to KONA 4 and KONA 5 firmware updates for Linux. Updating the firmware maintains compatibility between the cards and Flame Family products.

To update your AJA Kona 4 or AJA Kona 5 video card:

1. In a shell, go to folder /opt/Autodesk/DKU/current/Utils/AJA_firmwareUpdate.
2. Run: ./AJAfw_update

Installed firmwares:

• KONA 4: 2021/04/14 18:21:26
• KONA 5: 2021/12/23 11:12:23
