Blackmagic Design Desktop Video

Flame Family 2024 now supports Blackmagic Design Desktop Video version 12.4.1 on Linux and version 12.4.2 on macOS.

This version adds new features and fixes, including:

• Support for macOS Ventura.
• Improves general performance and stability all models.
• New features and fixes for DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G, including:
  • Support for more 2 K DCI and 4K DCI video modes.
  • Fixes for corruption issue when outputting some 3D video modes on HDMI.
  • Fixes for intermittent flickering when changing rapidly between some video modes.

AJA

AJA 16.2.3 driver is now supported by Flame Family on macOS. This driver update includes:

• Minor bug fixes release.
• Compatible with Flame Family 2023.3 Update

The AJA ioX3 card is now a supported video I/O device for macOS computers.
