Background Reactor on macOS (What's New in 2025.2)

Background Reactor is a background rendering service that accelerates rendering by processing effects in the background while work continues on other tasks in the foreground. It is now supported on macOS.

Highlights include:

  • Support for single-GPU configuration.
  • No extra installation needed.
  • Same workflow as on Rocky Linux.
