Results Summary

A result summary showing the analysis inputs and the results of each phase of the analysis or analysis sequence is generated for each analysis that is performed.

Select Logs in the Study Tasks pane to view this summary.

Tip: If you ran a sequence, click on the tab(s) at the top of the result summary to view the summary for each analysis.

Logs

The Logs section reports various text results that relate to the analysis or analysis sequence. For specific information on a particular analysis, check the various Analysis Logs. For a Fill+Pack analysis, the following results are recorded to help you investigate the simulation.

The filling phase records the following results:

Bulk temperature
Wall shear stress
Shear rate

The end of the filling phase records the following results:

Time at end of filling
Total weight
Clamp force required
Ram speed, recommended profile
Bulk temperature
Wall shear stress
Frozen layer fraction
Shear rate

The packing phase records the following results:

Peak pressure
Clamp force
Total weight
Bulk temperature
Wall shear stress
Volumetric shrinkage
Total part weight

The end of the packing phase records the following results:

Time at end of packing
Total weight
Bulk temperature
Frozen layer fraction
Volumetric shrinkage
Sink marks, index
