Quickstart Fill tutorial: Set injection location

In this task, you set the injection location.

Orient the part so that the injection location can be placed where required.

1. Click the right face of the ViewCube to rotate the part to 90 -90 0. Zoom up so you can see the center of the part at the parting line.

   

2. Click (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Injection Locations).

3. Click the part on the back end, in the center, on the parting line as shown.

   

4. Right click away from the injection cone and select Finish Injection locations.
