Tutorial A1: Set Up and Run the Analysis

1. Right-click on Analysis 1 and select Edit.
2. Change Type to Nonlinear Static
3. On the Options tab, ensure that On is selected for Large Displacements.
   
4. Click OK.

   

5. Right-click on Nonlinear Setup 1 in the tree view and click Edit.
6. Enter 50 for Number of Increments and choose All for Intermediate Output.

   

7. Click OK.
8. Click Save to save all the work so far.
9. Right-click on Analysis 1 and select Solve in Nastran.
