3DS is a common file format supported by many CAD applications.
The Navisworks 3DS file reader reads all 2D and 3D geometry, as well as texture maps. The hierarchy defined by the keyframe data from keyframe 0 is preserved, including instancing. Entities are positioned based on keyframe 0.
