Getting Started

The ObjectARX SDK is posted on the Autodesk Website as a self-extracting file. To install the ObjectARX SDK, download and double-click on the file.

The following topics discuss the directory structure of the SDK, and basics of creating and debugging an ObjectARX application using Microsoft Visual Studio.

Software Development Environment

Developing applications with ObjectARX for AutoCAD 2025 requires the following software:
