To load an initial alignment

If you have previously saved a transformation matrix to file, you can load it into other inspection documents.

To load an initial alignment from a file:

1. In the Transformation Matrix dialog, click Load.
2. The Open dialog, select the .mat file or model file that contains the transformations you want to use, and click Open.

   The transformations are displayed in the Transformation Matrix dialog, and any previous transformations are deleted.

   If the model file contains workplanes, the Select Workplane dialog is displayed. Select the workplane you want to work with and click OK.

3. In the Transformation Matrix dialog, click OK.
