To generate probe paths for measured items that have no probe path, click Probe Path tab > Tools panel > Generate Probe Paths. This option has no effect on items that have a probe path or that do not support probe paths.
Note: To control the display of probe paths in the CAD view, use the Probe Paths options in the View tab > View Options panel. To delete and regenerate the path for an item, right-click its entry in the inspection sequence, and select a Probe Path option from the context menu.
