Creating a custom chamfer

You can create chamfers with custom dimensions, by entering length and angle commands that override the default chamfer options.

To create a custom chamfer:

1. Create two lines.
2. Click Wireframe tab > Create panel > Chamfer.
3. Enter length and angle values in the command line.
   For example, the following specifies a line length of 50 and an angle of 30:

   l 30

   a 30

4. Press and hold the Ctrl key to select the two lines.

   The chamfer is created using these dimensions.
