PLANTAUDITDATABASE

Evaluates the integrity of a project and corrects errors in the collaboration project.

Note: You must have the Folder Control permission level user access rights to audit the database in a collaboration project.

Access Methods

 Command entry:  plantauditdatabase

Summary

Searches the current collaboration project for errors such as orphaned records that no longer point to an object in a source drawing.

For the audit database process to take place, you must have a collaboration project open. The project cannot be locked by another designer. If no project is open or if the project is locked, warnings are displayed and the audit stops.

If you set the AUDITCTL system variable to 1, a log file is created (auditlog.adt) in ASCII format describing problems and the actions taken. The log file is placed in the local cache project directory.
