The following tables provide details about the assumptions used for each building type during energy analysis or Systems Analysis.

These assumptions are based on ASHRAE 90.1-2010, ASHRAE 90.2-2010, ASHRAE 62.1, CBECS data, and other building surveys. The assumptions are used for the purpose of providing reasonable energy usage estimates and not for the purpose of code compliance.

To specify the building type to use for energy analysis, use the Advanced Energy Settings dialog.
