Manage Results of a Solar Analysis

Results are displayed in the Solar Analysis dialog and graphically displayed on selected surfaces in the 3D view.

An analysis result and a legend are applied to a view to visualize results.

Modify Results Settings

  1. Click Analyze tabEnergy Analysis Solar.
  2. In the Solar Analysis dialog, click the down arrow to expand Results Settings.
  3. Use the drop down menus to change the analysis type and the analysis display styles for the result.
  4. Click Update.

Modify the appearance of an analysis result

  1. In the drawing area, select the analysis result legend, and click Modify | Analysis results tabStyle panel Edit Style.
  2. Under Styles, select the style to modify.
  3. Modify options on the Settings, Color, and Legend tabs to adjust the style as desired.

    If the tabs are not visible in the Analysis Display Styles dialog, click the Properties button to expand the tabbed pages.

  4. Click OK.

Change the visibility of the analysis result

  1. Open a 3D view and select Analysis Display Settings from the Properties palette.
  2. In the Analysis Results Settings dialog, enable or disable visibility of the result.
  3. If required, change the units of the analysis result.
