After updating a cloud model, use the Publish Settings tool to select views and sheets of the model to publish to the cloud.
When you publish a model in the cloud, the default 3D view and all 2D sheets are published by default.
If another person has control over a view or a sheet that you want to save in a set, you can make a request to borrow the view or sheet. You cannot save it in a set of views for the cloud model until the request has been granted and you have loaded the other person's changes to it. See
About Editing Requests.
Note: When you publish models, they are visible to external stakeholders. Only publish versions of the model that you want external stakeholders to see.
