Recent Workset List Settings in Revit.ini

In the Revit.ini file, the [Recent Workset List] section lists recently opened workshared files and settings that indicate the worksets to be opened.

Config1...Config15

Specifies the worksets to open when the workshared file opens. The value of this setting is determined by the value specified for the Open list on the Open dialog when opening a project (and then the file is saved and closed).

Each Config setting corresponds to a File setting in the [Recent File List] section of the Revit.ini file. For example, the Config1 setting applies to File1, Config2 applies to File2, and so on. If a file in the Recent File List is not a workshared project, it does not have a corresponding Config setting.

Type = string

Note:
  • If you select Last Viewed from the Open dialog, the corresponding Config setting for that project reflects the appropriate value when the file is closed: All, Editable, or Custom.
  • These settings do not allow you to indicate that you want to specify the worksets to open when the project is opened. After opening a project, you can specify the worksets to open using the Worksets dialog.

Example

In the following example, there are no settings for Config2, Config4, and Config5 because File2, File4, and File5 in the [Recent File List] section are not workshared files.
