Specify IFC Class and Predefined Types

Select the IFC Class and Predefined Type used for each category when exporting to IFC.

Launch the dialog from the Manage IFC Export Mapping Settings dialog to customize the IFC export values for each category in the model.

Map an IFC Class and Predefined Type

1. Next to a category entry, In the Manage IFC Export Mapping Settings dialog, click the dialog launcher "...".
2. Optional: Use the Pulldown menu to select an IFC Schema for export.
3. Optional: Use the Search field to locate the IFC entity you wish to choose.
4. In the IFC Entity Selection dialog, specify values for IFC Class and IFC Predefined Type.
   Note: The IFC entity selected will determine the values available for IFC Predefined Type
5. Click OK.
