Place MEP Fabrication Ductwork Stiffeners

Place ductwork stiffeners manually one-by-one on fabrication ductwork.

Rectangular, round, and oval shapes are supported for internal and external stiffeners.

Note: Stiffeners must be hosted on a fabrication ductwork segment that matches the connector shape of the stiffener family.
  1. Click Systems tabMEP Detailing panelMEP Fabrication Ductwork Stiffener Manual Placement .
  2. Move the mouse pointer over the fabrication ductwork and click to place a stiffener.
  3. Move the mouse pointer and click to place additional stiffeners as needed.
  4. To exit the tool, click Modify or press Esc.
