You may encounter this error when installing your Autodesk product, and the installation fails. 
Message: 
Error 1305
Error reading from <path>/<file>. Verify the files exist and that you can access it.
Issue: This error typically indicates a failed attempt to read a file during installation. 
 
  Solution: 
If you are installing the software from physical media (such as a DVD or a USB flash drive)
- Remove the media from the computer, and remove any debris. If it is a DVD, clean any fingerprints and inspect it for scratches. 
  
 
- When the media is clean, re-insert it and run the installation again. 
  
 
- If the error occurs again, copy the contents of the media to a folder on the local hard drive and run 
	 setup.exe from that folder. 
  
 
- If the error continues to occur, contact your dealer or Autodesk Customer Service to request a replacement. 
  
 
If you are installing the software from an online source
- Delete the current installation content. (It is typically extracted to the C:\Autodesk folder.) 
  
 
- Download and extract the installation content again.
