Video captions: The VRED Presenter tools is a standalone software that can communicate with Autodesk VRED through the port 8888. Via the Presenter tools, you can, for example, read out and control variance modules from your scene. Open the VRED Presenter tools, which is present in the installation directory of VRED. Navigate to the Refresh button to read out the variance module of your scene. By selecting the variant sets, you have the option to run them. To get a better overview of the available variant sets, it is possible to create a preview of the various modules. Go to the Variant Sets module in Autodesk VRED and pick a generated variant set. Call up the variant set sub menu with the right mouse button and choose Create Preview. Autodesk VRED creates preview images from your currently selected camera, which is marked by a small icon in your Variant Set module. Repeat this process for further variant sets. It is important to keep the switching of the different variant sets in mind. Call up the VRED Presenter tools again and complete this process by pressing Refresh. You can see a preview was created for each variant set. Open the menu button of the Presenter tools. Here are the different available ways to communicate with VRED Professional. You can activate or deactivate Raytracing, under Rendering, just as Antialiasing. Under Viewport, you can control the viewport, for example, activating full screen display. You can choose between the different camera settings under Camera. In the Background section, you can modify the appearance of the VRED Presenter tools.
