Removing Replication Environment During Upgrade

Vault 2022 upgrade supports a new replication technology that provides a more stable environment.

If you have an existing replication setup, you are prompted to remove and re-create the replication environment manually upon launching the ADMS console.

• Click Proceed to remove the existing replication environment.

  Note: Before you proceed, you may choose to log all the details of the existing replication environment in the ADMS console log so that you can manually set up the new replication environment. By default, the checkbox is enabled.

• Click Cancel if you do not want to proceed with the operation. You won't be able to launch the ADMS console server.

  Note: To uninstall the replication setup manually, you must first uninstall Vault 2022 and then revert to the previous Vault install. Once you finish uninstalling the replication setup, install Vault 2022.
