Associating a control, demand diagram, and live data configuration with a network

You can associate a control, demand diagram, and/or live data configuration with a network.

When the network is subsequently opened, the associated control, demand diagram, and live data configuration will be applied to it.

The demand diagram and live data configuration are opened in the background when the network is opened.

When you close the network with the associated control, demand diagram, and live data configuration, a window will appear asking you if you want to close all windows associated with the network. Clicking yes will close the network window, as well as the demand diagram and live data configuration windows.

Note: This feature is available only for networks using the merge method of version control.

To associate a control, demand diagram, and/or live data configuration with a network

1. In the Explorer window or Model Group window, right-click a network.
2. Select Associate control.

   The Associate Control dialog is opened.

3. Drop a control from the Model Group window into the Control box.
4. Drop a demand diagram from the Model Group window into the Demand Diagram box.
5. Drop a live data configuration from the Model Group window into the Live Data Configuration box.
6. Click OK.
