All anchors have default properties that you can change in the properties dialog box, which automatically opens after you create an anchor pattern.

| Type | Selects the anchor standard from the list. |
| Grade | Selects the steel grade from the list. |
| Anchor assembly | Selects the anchor assembly for the connection. |
| Diameter | Selects the anchor diameter from the list. |
| Anchor length | Displays the length of the anchors used in the connection. |
| Assembly location | Selects the anchor assembly location (site, site drill, shop). |
| Hole tolerance | Defines the hole tolerance. This value increases the hole diameter. |
| Coating | Selects the coating from the list. |
| Inverted check box | Changes the direction of the anchor axis. |
