Gap Check Tool Updates

We've made some updates to the new Gap Check, which include the ability to interact with the tool using your mouse.

These updates include:

LMB-drag scales the comb.
MMB-drag changes the number of comb samples.
RMB-hold displays a small information window showing the measured gap value at the selected point along the comb. It's similar to the information window that displays for Curve to Curve Deviation tool.

Other updates include:

Gap check measurements are now displayed in the Deviation Table.
The tool has been moved from the Evaluation tool palette to the Locator tool palette.
Check Range has been renamed to Check Radius.
