To Insert Din Rail

Dynamically generates dinrail based on selected options.

1. Click Panel tabInsert Component Footprints panelInsert Footprints drop-downIcon Menu. Find
2. In the Insert Footprint dialog box, select DIN Rail.
3. Select a rail type.
4. Do one of the following:
   • Enter the rail length and origin location.
   • Click Pick Rail Information>> and define the origin and length of the din rail on the drawing canvas.
5. Select options for Orientation, Scale, and Panel Mounting.
6. Click OK.
7. Enter optional information on the Panel Layout - Component Insert/Edit dialog box.
   Note: The edit dialog appears for the first Din Rail section and the first bracket, if applicable.

Each Din Rail section is created as a separate block. If you selected Standoff brackets, each bracket is a separate block.
