Specifies the background color used when creating the raster image file.
Background Color displays a list of colors - black, red, yellow, green, cyan, blue, magenta, white, and "other." Other represents indexed and True Color (24-bit and 32-bit) output depths. The options are black, white, and other for grayscale, and black and white for monochrome. Select Other to display the Select Color dialog box.
If you are creating grayscale output, you must select a color from the Select Color dialog box.
The raster plotter driver is independent of the background color you have selected for the drawing area. You can select the background color for raster plots in the Custom Properties node in the Plotter Configuration Editor. Any objects you plot with the same color as the background color are invisible in the raster image. If you are plotting to a grayscale format, your selected color is converted to a grayscale value when plotted.
