To Set the Timeout Value for Network or Windows System Printers
Click the Windows Start button
Windows System
Control Panel
Devices and Printers.
Right-click the printer you want work with, and click Printer Properties.
In the Properties dialog box, click the Ports tab.
On the Ports tab, select the LPT port that the printer uses, and then click Configure Port.
In the Transmission Retry box, enter the number of seconds.
Click OK.
