SYMBOLADD (Command)

Adds a schematic symbol.

Find

Using this command, you can open the duct tool palette.

The following prompts are displayed.

Insert point

Specify the point to insert the symbol.

System

Specify the systems in the current drawing to which the schematic symbol belongs to.

Library

Specify the library name to select the symbol from.

Category

Specify name of the category which the symbol belongs to.

Style

Specify the style of the device.

Justification

Specify the justification setting for symbol.

ID

Specify ID to identify the symbol.

Rotation

Specify rotation of the symbol

Note: The rotation is applied only to end-of-line symbols. The rotation of an in-line symbol is determined by the line into which it is inserted.

Match

Specify symbol to match

Undo

Undoes the previous action.
