Remarks

1. Above and Below is applicable when MaterialItemType is Surface and MaterialQuantityType is Cut, Fill, CutFill or Structure.
2. Base and Compare is applicable when MaterialItemType is Surface and MaterialQuantityType is Earthwork.
3. Include is applicable when MaterialItemType is CorridorShape and MaterialQuantityType is Structure.
