Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Thrown when: UpperBoundValue is less than the DefaultValue when UseDefaultValue is true. UpperBoundValue is less than the LowerBoundValue when UseDefaultValue is false.

If UpperBoundInclusive is true, then this value is included in the range, otherwise it is not.
