Known Issues with the Geotechnical Modeler

The following are known issues with the Geotechnical Modeler..

• There are times that the you may receive the following message, which will prevent you from saving the current drawing:

  

  • This typically occurs after you have created Subsurface Profiles for the first time within the drawing.
  • To resolve the issue, type the AUDIT command, and select Yes to repair any issues encountered during the audit process.

• An issue is sometimes encountered when selecting the Select Boreholes command located on the Subsurface Profiles dialog box. When you are prompted to “select boreholes” for inclusion in the subsurface profile, if you zoom in or out before selecting boreholes, the command ends, and you are required to select + Select Boreholes again.

• An issue is sometimes encountered when selecting the Create Subsurface Profile command located on the Subsurface Profiles dialog box. When you are prompted to select the location for placement of the subsurface profile view, if you zoom in or out before selecting the profile location, the command ends, and you are required to select Create Subsurface Profile again.

• The Select Boreholes command located on the Create Subsurface Profile does not currently allow you to add or remove boreholes from the current selection set. Currently, each time you select Select Boreholes, the existing selection set is removed. This does not currently limit the capabilities of the product as designed.
