Export Preferences

Use the Export Preferences to set default values for the Export Snapshot function. These values are used by default when the Snapshot button is Alt + Clicked in the Player or in a Viewport.

Note: The Export Snapshot function is available from a Viewport in the Batch and Effects environments as of the 2026.2 Update.

Bake View Transform

Enable to bake the viewing transform currently applied to the Graphics Monitor or Video Preview device by default.

Bake View Transform option

Select whether to bake the viewing transform from the Graphics Monitor or Video Preview device by default.

Change Path

Click to open the file browser and select the root of the default path where the file will be exported. The path is completed with the content of the Pattern field.

Add Token

Insert the selected token in the adjacent field.

Preset option

Select the default format of the exported file.

Include Metadata Overlay

Enable to burn the content of the current Metadata Overlay in the exported file by default.

Include Subtitles

Enable to burn the subtitles from the current Subtitle Track in the exported file by default.

Frame Token option

Select whether the frame token will return, by default, a frame number or timecode information in the form of 10_00_00_00 in the name of the exported file.
