Indicates a feature suggested and voted up by users on the Flame Feedback portal.
Improvements have been added to the navigation and selection workflows in the Timeline.
The timebar can be displayed at the bottom or top of the Timeline canvas. By default, the timebar is displayed at the top. To move the timebar to the bottom, disable Timebar on Top from the Timeline Options drop-down menu.
This change was made for two main reasons:
In addition, the timebar has been made taller to offer a larger picking zone.
Use the Prioritise Picking Mode available in the User Timeline Preferences to select what is grabbed or selected when you click on a part of the timeline positioner that covers a timeline segment.

Use the Next Version/Track (Set Focus) and Previous Version/Track (Set Focus) keyboard shortcuts, respectively assigned to:
Hold down the Alt key and grab the focus bar.
A sequence can be gesturally opened by dragging it over the row of tabs at the top of the Timeline canvas, even after the clip has been moved over the Timeline tracks.
