SDK Update

The ARRI SDK 9.0 update adds support for clips recorded with the ALEXA 35 Xtreme camera in ARRIRAW, Apple ProRes, and ARRICORE formats.

ARRICORE is a new RGB recording format developed by ARRI. It delivers exceptional image quality and post-production flexibility while maintaining a low data rate. The ARRICORE workflow on set and in post remains consistent with existing ALEXA 35 codecs, including ARRI Textures, metadata, and audio handling.

BMD RAW is updated to SDK 5.0. This version offers the following improvements:

• Support for Panasonic LUMIX S1II and S1IIE Blackmagic RAW clips (SDK 4.6).
