This dialog is displayed if you are using Autodesk ICMLive Operator Client and select Simulation licence from the File menu. It is used to specify which licence server you are using.
Dialog description

| Computer name or IP address | The name or IP address of the Thales licence server.
This field is blank if a server has not been specified. |
| OK | Saves any changes and closes the dialog. |
| Cancel | Discards any changes and closes the dialog. |
