The Asset Rehabilitation Cost Report Dialog is used when generating a Rehabilitation Cost Report.

The dialog is used to specify:
- Cost Estimate: select a Cost Estimator for estimating costs where specific cost data is not available
- Report Title: enter a title for the report
- Report Year: enter the year for which the report is to be produced
- Max Condition Grade: the report will detail costs for rehabilitating only those asses with a condition grade worse than the Max Condition Grade specified
- Report by Zone: check this box to sort report results by zone
