Simplify: Feature Recognition Changes

There is a change in the way features are recognized for the Simplify command. The adjustment provides clearer delineation to additive versus subtractive features.

• Pocket: recognizes subtractive features - extrudes, revolves, sweeps, and so on.
• Emboss recognizes additive or positive protrusions.
