Start a new file enhancements

There is now easy access to the template file location from the 'Create New File' dialog, allowing you to manage them from Windows.

Copy Path and Open Location buttons are added to the address bar. Copy Path copies the file path to the clipboard. Open Location launches File Explorer to the path. The path is set according to the Application Options > File tab > Template location.
