Tasks to set up a powder injection molding analysis

To set up an analysis for metal injection molding, either follow the order of the buttons on the Home tab of the ribbon UI, or follow the order of the items in the Study Tasks pane. When all the items in the Study Tasks pane have check marks against them, the analysis is ready to launch.

Setup task	Analysis technology
Select Powder injection molding as the Molding process
Mesh the model
Check the mesh before analysis
Select an analysis sequence
Select a material appropriate for powder injection molding
Enter the material powder properties
Enable the wall slip simulation
Set an injection location
Set the velocity/pressure switchover point
Enter the process settings
