Explanation

A solution error (zero diagonal term) occurred in the Warp analysis for a section of the model.

Resolution

• Edit the mechanical properties for the current material.
• Simplify the model geometry and remove text, fillets and other features which do not affect warpage.
• Check for mesh defects using the diagnostics tools provided in the Mesh menu. Plot the pvT and viscosity plots for the material. Check the process settings for the analysis.
• If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
