Explanation

The tetrahedral mesh is unsuitable for analysis because it contains inverted elements.

Resolution

Select Mesh > Mesh Statistics to check for defects in the mesh and, if necessary, correct them using (Mesh > Mesh Repair Wizard) and/or (Mesh > Mesh Tools) in the menu. If necessary, regenerate the 3D mesh from a good quality Dual Domain mesh.
