Explanation

If any elements in the model are flat (have zero volume), then the simulation cannot proceed.

Resolution

• Simplify the model to remove text, fillets and other small features which do not affect analysis.
• Reduce the number of high aspect ratio triangles in the Dual Domain mesh then create the tetrahedral mesh again.
