• Use the Remesh Area tool (Create > Mesh > Mesh Repair > Remesh Area), select the problem region and improve the local mesh refinement.
• Re-mesh the part using a shorter maximum edge length through the thickness.
• Re-mesh the part with a Dual Domain mesh that has a smaller facet size in the problem area. Re-mesh the part as a tetrahedral mesh.
• If the tetrahedral mesh was generated using an old release of the program, strip the tetrahedral mesh to make a Dual Domain mesh and then re-mesh the part as a tetrahedral mesh.
